This morning I got up early hoping to get a nice sunrise at the beach. When it's dark and you can't see the conditions in the sky, you have to get up and hope for the best. Unfortunately the sky was quite overcast. Too much to let the sun show through. I was up, so I went to the beach anyway. Ended up playing with my variable neutral density filter, taking some long exposures of the water. Those shots didn't turn out very well. I also took a few shots of the rocks and pebbles. After some creative processing and cropping, I got a shot I was happy with. Not my greatest work, but better than a complete waste.
